Sepang House is defined by a large sheltering roof with deep overhangs and shaded terraces. Using a combination of material such as concrete, wood and bricks, it develops a material language that echoes its tropical setting. For further details, click here.
One of our residential projects, the Sepang House, is coming close to completion. The detached house with a large sheltering roof is located in Sepang, Selangor and is progressing swiftly towards completion in June 2015 with the contractor now concentrating on the interiors.
Recently completed, this concrete house is a remodeling exercise of an existing 2-storey semi-detached house in the centre of Kuala Lumpur. To turn it into a new family home for a couple with a young child, the existing has been stripped bare leaving only its structural frames onto which new walls and roof are added.
